Netra is a proficient professional with substantial expertise in the development sector, particularly excelling and leading administrative and financial operations. Holding M.Phil. degree in management, a master’s degree in finance, bachelor’s degree in IT, and record of accomplishment of effectively leading and managing operations and finances for notable organizations, both institutionally and in multi-million-dollar projects (funded by the likes of UKAID, USAID, and SDC, among others), he brings a diverse skill set to the table. Netra currently heads the operations domain of Oxford University Clinical Research Unit Nepal.
