With his expertise in finance and accounting, Nishan plays a vital role in the organization’s financial operations. His responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, maintaining entries in accounting software and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Along with this, he also has the experience of playing the role of the main associate in the HR and Procurement department.
Nishan also worked as an election observer at the Election Observation Committee Nepal. He monitored the local-level elections and then the Federal Parliament Nepal election.
