Thanh Hoa graduated from Hanoi Medical University with an education background in Public Health. She entered the clinical research industry as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in 2016. Being a CRA for a local clinical research organisation gave her a chance to experience not only all stages of clinical trials and various therapeutics but also to understand the local hospital working culture in order to ensure and improve the quality of research.
She is fascinated by clinical research and has chosen this career to commit to developing herself because she knows she is taking part in a very important step of creating something meaningful not only to the patient but also to the community.
