Yen works on implementing studies in the community and at different levels of the hospital.

In addition, she hopes to improve healthcare workers’ capacity at the lower-level healthcare facilities in early diagnosis and timely treatment, which seeks to reduce antimicrobial resistance in Vietnam.

She has nine years of experience in research on diagnosis and treatment for tuberculosis, obstructive lung disease, and antimicrobial resistants with mix-method studies (qualitative and quantitative).
