Naheeda Haque

Governance Lead

Naheeda Haque began her career five years ago as a Vaccine Logistics Officer for TyVAC, a Phase III trial that aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the ViTyphoid conjugate vaccine in the field.

The goal of the trial was to provide insight and support for the use of the vaccine as a control measure for enteric fever in endemic areas, with the aim of reducing global morbidity and mortality from enteric fever.

She also worked on the TyVOID trial, which aimed to assess the medium-term effectiveness of a Vi-Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine in preventing typhoid infections in Nepali children.

Over time, she transitioned into a Quality Assurance Officer role and now leads Clinical Trial Units (CTUs).
