Tuyen is a PhD student in Clinical Medicine registered with the Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford.

His research focuses on using machine learning models to generate high-resolution short-term probabilistic forecast of dengue incidence in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as part of the Dengue Advanced Readiness Tools (DART) project.

He received a Bachelor in Information Technology as the outstanding graduate from RMIT University Vietnam in 2023.
