Research Assistant

Tuyen is a biologist with a background in Micro and Molecular Biology. She has expertise in gastrointestinal infections, and her knowledge in this field has developed during nearly ten years of work experience.

Her work focuses on gastrointestinal pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Shigella spp, Salmonella spp, Campylobacter spp and their antibiotic resistance.

In the near future, her team will also research bacteria causing maternal sepsis, lower respiratory tract infections (LRIs), and Intra-abdominal infections (IAIs). She hopes to contribute new and beneficial knowledge to science and humanity.
