Expertise
Mr. Pokhrel had experience in conducting qualitative research in the field of public health. He has conducted multiple research in the sectors of maternal and child health, adolescent health, neglected tropical diseases, and health systems. He had expertise in quantitative data analysis through different health-related software. He has expertise in health-related software like SPSS, Epi-Data, Endnote, Microsoft Office, and Kobo Collect Toolbox.
Career and Achievement
Mr. Pokhrel has been providing his service in the health sector at different levels for the last six years. He had worked for different government, non-government, and international non-government agencies. He had expertise in initiating and leading the project in the field of public health.
He had received different national and international grants for the conduction of research. He had recently finished the research on the “Utilization of AFHS” funded by the Health Section, Pokhara Metropolitan City in FY 2023/24. Currently, he is involved in MDA program Lymphatic Filariasis Research funded by the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH).
