As a dynamic and conscientious microbiology post-graduate, my unwavering passion for the microscopic world has been a driving force behind my desire to contribute to the betterment of humankind and microbial world through designing and implementing groundbreaking research projects that investigate the microbiology of infectious diseases.
I am currently invoved in ACT-South Asia (The Azithromycin and Cefixime Treatment of Typhoid in South Asia Trial), A Clinically-Oriented Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network (ACORN) – Phase 2, A Clinically-Oriented Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network for Healthcare-associated infections (ACORN-HAI) which focus on the surveillance of hospital-acquired infections and antimicrobial resistance.
My insatiable thirst for knowledge and unyielding dedication to microbial discovery are the cornerstones of my commitment in improving public health outcomes through research and evidence-based interventions.
