She has been involved in many clinical trials related to severe malaria, CNS infection (viral encephalitis, bacterial meningitis, tuberculous meningitis, eosinophilic meningitis, and cryptococcal meningitis) over the last 20 years at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases and OUCRU.
Her recent research focuses on enteric infections.
