Bibek Adhikari holding an EMBA in Finance and being a Chartered Accountant, Bibek is committed to enhancing organizational performance in competitive environments. Since 2019, he has been leading the accounts and finance department at OUCRU Nepal, where he plays a significant role in financial operations, software implementation, regulatory compliance, and budget management, focusing on Good Financial Grant Practices. Bibek has successfully led audit engagements and provided strategic advisory services to a diverse array of clients, including those in banking, insurance, hospitality, hospital, educational institutes, private sector companies, and both governmental and non-governmental entities. As an accomplished educator, he conducts training programs for tax officers, corporate participants, and finance students.
