Putri Widya Andini, MD, MSc, is a neurologist and is also a part of the central nervous system (CNS) infection team at Cipto Mangunkusumo National Referral Hospital – Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia.

Her research interests focus on the clinical-immunological aspects of CNS infection, particularly paradoxical reactions in tuberculous meningitis, immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome, and opportunistic infections in HIV-infected patients. Throughout the clinical and research works, she hopes to improve the diagnosis, medical treatments, and overall people’s health and well-being, particularly those affected with central nervous system infection.
