Andy has more than ten years of experience in ICT and information management, working for several international NGOs and intergovernmental agencies.
He was the person in charge of the design of the ICT system of three Provincial Emergency Operation Centres (EOC) in Indonesia and mobilized dozens of emergency responses in the ASEAN region. He also has experience in managing health information systems, particularly in HIV/AIDS data.
